How To Suggest a Route

If you can’t find your route, you can Suggest it to us in these simple steps;

• Click on the “My Account” button on your Shuttlers home screen
• Scroll to “Suggest Routes” and click on it
• Enter the Pickup Location and Destination
• Select the type of trip; one-way or round trip
• Select departure time
• Click on the “Suggest Route” button at the bottom of your screen

Your request would then be received and processed.
